Adam Kaufman
Co-founder and COOAdam Kaufman is a co-founder and the COO of ArborCrowd, the first crowdfunding platform launched by a real estate institution. In this role, he oversees ArborCrowd’s corporate growth strategies, including business development, digital technology, acquisitions, and marketing and sales initiatives.
Adam is an authority on commercial real estate and crowdfunding. He has spoken on a number of industry panels and presented at prestigious institutions, including Columbia University, Harvard University, New York University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Adam has received numerous industry recognitions, including being selected by Commercial Observer to its list of the top “25 Debt and Equity Professionals Under 35,” being named one of New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ones to Watch” for two consecutive years, and being an honoree of Connect Media’s “Next Generation Award,” which seeks to highlight young, influential leaders who are innovating the real estate industry. He is a frequent guest on The Real Estate Hour on SiriusXM Business Radio, where he discusses how crowdfunding is disrupting the commercial real estate space, and has made appearances on the Entrepreneurs on Fire podcast and America’s Commercial Real Estate show. Adam is also a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council.
Adam’s business philosophies stem from his family’s long and successful track record in all aspects of commercial real estate. He has leveraged that knowledge with his earlier work experience at one of the country’s leading digital marketing and technology companies. Marrying technology and real estate, Adam developed ArborCrowd to make real estate investing more accessible to a wider group of investors.
